Dr. Paulo Oliveira gave a talk on “Mitochondrial Alterations in Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease: A Tale of (Bad) Nutrition and Batteries”, on 21 November 2017 at Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro (UTAD), Vila Real, Portugal. This lecture was part of the event” Science and Technology Week 2017”. The Science and Technology Week 2017, was organized from November 20 to 26 in various spaces outside and inside the UTAD University and integrated into the national program of Living Science. This was a dissemination activity organized by UTAD, in order to inform the general public about latest scientific achievements.
